How much will LoloDesk cost for a small business?

The public price will be $39 per workspace each month. The first 20 founding customers can subscribe for $29 per workspace each month for each workspace's first 12 paid months.

Is AI included in the subscription?

Yes. Once subscriptions open, each workspace will include 500 AI replies every month. You will not need to create or connect a separate AI account.

What counts as an AI reply?

An AI reply is a customer-facing message generated and sent by the LoloDesk assistant. Human replies do not count against your allowance. Agent writing assistance and background knowledge processing are included and do not reduce the displayed reply allowance.

What happens when I reach 500 AI replies?

LoloDesk will notify you before you reach the limit. You can purchase another 500 replies for $10 or continue handling conversations manually.

Will joining the list charge me?

No. Joining the early-access list does not start a subscription and does not require a credit card. We will contact you when LoloDesk is ready.

Do unused AI replies roll over?

No. The included allowance resets at the beginning of each billing month.

Does LoloDesk charge per team member?

One workspace includes five team members. Additional members cost $5 each per month, so a small team does not need to buy five separate subscriptions.

Do you charge per contact?

No. LoloDesk does not currently charge based on the number of contacts in your workspace.

Do you charge per message?

LoloDesk does not charge for human-written messages. The subscription includes 500 AI-generated replies each month. Meta may apply separate WhatsApp Business messaging charges.

Which WhatsApp messages are supported?

LoloDesk currently supports text messages during customer-initiated conversations. Media, message templates, broadcasts and campaigns are not available yet.

Can I use LoloDesk without AI?

Yes. Your team can use the shared inbox, WhatsApp connection and website chat without enabling automated AI replies.

Can a person take over from AI?

Yes. An agent can take over a conversation at any time. Your team can also pause AI or assign a conversation back to the assistant.

Does joining the list give me access today?

No. LoloDesk is not open to the public yet. Joining reserves your place on the launch list and does not provide product access.

Does the founding price apply to new workspaces?

Yes. An eligible founding customer can add another workspace for $29 per month. Each workspace keeps that price for its first 12 paid months.
